Samsara is seeking an Engagement Services Consultant (ESC), Integrations, to partner with Enterprise customers, translate operational processes into build-ready SIS requirements, and drive a structured discovery engagement. This role can be office-based or fully remote and is open to candidates residing in Mexico.

You will document current-state processes, map future-state flows, and collaborate with CSM/ESM/SIS teams to ensure validated requirements and a clear handoff.

Qualifications

• Experience running structured discovery with enterprise customers: stakeholder interviews, current- vs future-state mapping, and requirements gathering.
