Zendesk is seeking a Senior Services Consultant to lead the implementation of Zendesk solutions for enterprise customers. You will guide discovery, design scalable workflows, and own go-live readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, mentoring peers, and delivering value across multiple projects. Based in Mexico City or remote within Mexico, you will work across industries, managing complex deployments and ensuring successful launches

Formación

5+ years of SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services experience.
Experience leading complex enterprise implementations.
Strong discovery, facilitation, and solution design skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.

Responsabilidades

Lead complex customer discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor with strategic recommendations aligned to customer outcomes.
Translate needs into scalable solution designs and delivery plans.
Configure Zendesk solutions to support sophisticated workflows and outcomes.
Own project workstreams from discovery through go-live support.
Lead customer-facing sessions with technical and executive stakeholders.
Build relationships and manage customer success throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, technical resources, and account teams to ensure delivery.
