Bluelight LLC is seeking a skilled backend developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Elixir applications using the Phoenix framework. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust features and APIs.

You will own features end-to-end, write tests, and continuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability while staying current with the latest Elixir trends.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong Elixir and Phoenix framework expertise.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent and distributed systems.
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) and PostgreSQL (Ecto).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems in Elixir.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Own features from conception to launch with specs and code.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Stay current with Elixir ecosystem and industry best practices.
