Bluelight LLC is seeking a skilled backend engineer to join a fast-paced, growth-minded team. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Elixir and the Phoenix framework, delivering reliable APIs and scalable services.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers, owning features from concept to launch while maintaining code quality through tests and reviews.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with backend focus.
• Strong Elixir and Phoenix framework experience.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own features from conception to launch with clear technical specs and robust release processes.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
