Oshkosh Corporation is seeking an E-commerce and Online Customer Experience Specialist for a fully remote role in Mexico. You will optimize the online shopping journey, manage customer inquiries across email, chat, and social channels, and analyze site performance to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in e-commerce or customer experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong analytics and communication skills, and experience with Google Analytics and CRM
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years in e-commerce, online marketing, or customer experience roles.
- Experience managing online customer service and support.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
