Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website for performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Oversee all online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage product catalog, pricing, and promotional activities for the online store.
• Ensure excellent online customer service and timely resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
• Manage the e-commerce budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Report on KPIs to senior management.
