Palo Alto Networks Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Domain Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to be based in Mexico City. The Domain Consultant blends technical knowledge with sales skills and is ultimately responsible for the technical win during the sales cycle.

Domain Consultants are the primary technical resource for the field sales force and must articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users while driving customer success across the sales process.

Formación

• MIS/CS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Idira Solutions or similar IDM/Privileged Access Management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape and Idira platform.
• Experience selling to private and public sectors; travel >50%.
• Proven pre-sales and RFx response experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Pre-Sales support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop new and existing technical relationships within accounts.
• Present Idira’s technical value proposition effectively.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and build compelling proposals.
• Conduct and ensure success of POCs/ POVs.
• Document client feature requests and issues in CRM.
• Support Palo Alto and partner seminars and trade shows.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Develop technical knowledge of Idira and related technologies.
• Mentor other system engineers when appropriate.
• Create training content for the DC organization when appropriate.
• Serve as escalation point and drive cross-functional alignment.
