Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Director of Commercial Finance (Revenue & GTM) to partner with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership, connecting financial insights with commercial strategy for planning and decision-making.

The role requires 6+ years in Finance, Advanced English (C1) and professional Spanish, plus the ability to work fully remote from Mexico. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, including Commercial Finance or GTM-focused finance.
• Strong revenue forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Power BI, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional finance teams.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing team members.
• Advanced English (C1) and professional Spanish proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning.
• Build financial models and analyze revenue performance, pipeline, and forecast variances.
• Partner with Sales leaders on commercial planning, pricing, productivity, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Accounting, and Billing on revenue and commissions reporting.
• Present actionable financial insights to business and finance leadership.
• Lead and develop one direct report while seeking automation and AI-based improvements.
