Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Advanced conversational English required.
• 8+ years leading Finance and Accounting in international IFRS/US GAAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems; strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations in Mexico across accounting, AR, AP, treasury, and reporting.
• Oversee monthly and annual close with IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support decisions.
• Prepare and present financial statements and KPIs to senior management.
• Ensure tax, regulatory, and statutory compliance; manage audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive financial best practices.

• Lead the finance operations in Mexico, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring the integrity of financial information in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and corporate policies.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial statements, corporate reports, and key performance indicators to senior management and corporate stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as manage internal and external audits.
• Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure adherence to corporate policies and financial best practices.
• Develop and lead the Finance team, fostering a high-performance environment and continuous improvement mindset.
• Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with local, regional, and international stakeholders.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and finance transformation initiatives.
