Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Finance Director for Enterprise located in Mexico City to lead departmental finance functions, maintain accounting policies, and drive strategic planning and reporting.

The role collaborates with Treasury and accounting teams to manage cash flow and supports capex initiatives with strong business partner engagement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience in staffing, development, and leadership across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with +10 years of relevant experience.
• Regional and Real Estate experience is a plus.
• Full bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Plan and execute budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning processes, and standard management reporting.
• Oversee and manage the cash flow position in the region in close alignment with Treasury and account teams.
• Review input from staff and business partners to assist with the strategic planning process.
• Work with management to establish departmental priorities to meet deadlines. Develop financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee the preparation of reporting results.
• Work with the Operations team to support initiatives within the business.
• Execute capex projects under company approval guidelines.
• Apply robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
• Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values. Negotiate with external partners to reach common goals.
• Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex problems leveraging resources.
