Job summary

Trilled Soluciones is seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance / Controller to lead financial operations for a fast-growing, private-equity-backed home services platform. You will own the financial strategy, GAAP reporting, and external audits while driving M&A integration and standardized reporting across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven M&A, financial integration and standardization experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems and Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, and clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial strategy and give the CEO, executives and investors the insight to make decisions.
• Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Oversee all accounting, including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll and tax compliance.
• Deliver timely, accurate GAAP reporting and manage external audits.
• Support due diligence and integration of acquired businesses, and standardize their finance processes and reporting.
• Manage cash flow and working capital, and allocate capital to strategic priorities.
• Build, train and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Select and implement accounting and ERP systems across locations, and standardize KPIs with the executive team.
