Job summary

Polygon Labs is seeking a senior business development leader to drive cross-border payments and stablecoins partnerships in Mexico and Central America. You will build collaborations with banks, fintechs, and infrastructure players, shaping GTM strategies to turn potential into real-world adoption.

You’ll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, coordinating across legal, engineering, marketing, and finance to deliver impact in the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial services, fintech, or blockchain with payments or stablecoins.
• Strong network across Mexico and Central America.
• Proven ability to lead strategic BD initiatives and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key players across the payments and stablecoins ecosystem.
• Champion Polygon Labs’ product suite and roadmap.
• Prioritize strategic partners and corridors; shape pilots, integrations, and long-term opportunities.
• Stay ahead of the regulatory curve by analyzing and reporting on evolving policies.
• Translate complex developments into actionable insights for internal teams and external partners.
• Co-create and execute GTM plans with ecosystem players; maintain momentum with engagement.
• Build pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies to support execution.
• Manage deliverables across legal, engineering, marketing, finance.
• Maintain BD tools: CRMs, dashboards, KPIs, and performance trackers.
• Own operational clarity across all active regional initiatives.
