A leading cross-border fintech company in Mexico is seeking a motivated leader for their Operations team. The role focuses on improving the payout customer experience and managing performance across payment networks in Latin America. Responsibilities include analyzing operations, fostering partnerships, and implementing process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance or tech, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and SQL. This role also requires fluency in English and Spanish, offering a dynamic startup environment with diverse responsibilities.

Formación

• Ability to independently lead projects and deliver solutions cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 5+ years experience in finance, technology, or operations at a start-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must.
• Emerging market experience preferred.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance improvement in payment corridors including Mexico and Colombia.
• Foster relationships with payout partners and troubleshoot issues.
• Track and reduce technical outages.
• Build governance tools and analytical dashboards.
• Work with technical teams to build scalable systems.
• Collaborate for new market and payout partner launches.
• Be available for infrequent night/weekend work.
