Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Director of Commercial Real Estate Operations to lead a diverse portfolio of properties from a fully remote setting. The role requires overseeing property management, leasing, tenancy relations, and maintenance while driving operational efficiency and value creation across regions.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of CRE operations experience, strong financial acumen, and proven capability to manage remote teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate operations management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial property portfolios (office, retail, industrial).
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
Strong financial analysis, asset management, and leasing knowledge.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate portfolio, including property management, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance property value, optimize occupancy, and profitability.
Manage budgets, P&L statements, and capital expenditure plans for the portfolio.
Lead and mentor a team of property managers and leasing agents in a remote environment.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to execute leasing strategies.
Provide regular reports on portfolio performance to senior management.
Foster strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
