Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRICS) are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate investment, finance, or capital markets.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of various real estate asset classes and investment strategies.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with remote work capability.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory services to clients on all aspects of real estate investment, including acquisition, disposition, financing, and portfolio management.
• Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to identify lucrative investment opportunities across property types and geographies.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation reports to support investment recommendations.
• Structure and negotiate complex real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base, including institutional investors and private clients.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.
