You will manage remote teams and collaborate with IT, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation of fleet operations.
• Oversee the integration and management of fleet management software, telematics systems, GPS tracking, and other digital tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in route optimization, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization.
• Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance driver safety and performance monitoring.
• Manage remote teams of operations specialists and fleet coordinators.
• Collaborate with IT, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration.
