Key Responsibilities

• Lead the digital transformation of fleet operations, identifying and implementing best‑in‑class technology solutions.
• Oversee the integration and management of fleet management software, telematics systems, GPS tracking, and other digital tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in route optimization, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization.
• Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance driver safety, performance monitoring, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage remote teams of operations specialists and fleet coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with IT, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor fleet performance against targets, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and technological advancements.
• Ensure data security and integrity across all digital platforms used for fleet management.
