Qualifications

• Master's degree as required in management, logistics, engineering or IT.
• 10+ years in transportation and logistics operations with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital products/services in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for digital transportation operations.
• Lead design, implementation and optimization of digital platforms for load planning, dispatch, tracking, and communication.
• Oversee integration of AI, ML and IoT for route optimization, predictive maintenance and real-time visibility.
• Manage cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operations specialists.
• Define KPIs and drive efficiency, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer support to ensure seamless customer journey.
• Manage budget for digital operations and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for digital transportation operations, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital platforms for load planning, dispatch, tracking, and communication.
• Oversee the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT for enhanced route optimization, predictive maintenance, and real-time visibility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation and logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on digital transformation or technology implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products or services in the logistics sector.
• Deep understanding of modern logistics technologies, including TMS, WMS, IoT, AI/ML, and data analytics platforms.
• Experience in managing remote teams and fostering collaboration in a distributed environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation within an organization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
