Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with digital transformation IT projects.
• Experience managing projects remotely and leading virtual teams.
• Proficiency with PM software and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, Teams).
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-English required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception through completion.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage remote project teams and foster a collaborative virtual environment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality; report to leadership.
