Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a Digital Fleet Operations Manager to lead the digital transformation of fleet operations from a remote location in Mexico. You will leverage data analytics, IoT, and telematics to optimize routes, reduce fuel consumption, and enhance safety while driving efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated in the requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management with emphasis on technology integration.
• Experience leading remote teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation of fleet operations and identify best-in-class technology solutions.
• Oversee integration and management of fleet management software, telematics, GPS tracking, and digital tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities in routing, fuel use, and vehicle utilization.
• Develop digital strategies to enhance driver safety and performance monitoring.
• Manage remote teams of operations specialists and fleet coordinators; foster high performance.
• Collaborate with IT, maintenance, and other departments for seamless integration.
• Establish KPIs and report fleet performance and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement using data insights and new technologies.
• Ensure data security and integrity across all digital platforms.
