GoFleet / ZenduIT is seeking a Solutions Engineer / Business Operations Analyst for Mexico to lead customer deployments from planning to go-live, coordinate cross-functional teams, and tailor fleet technology solutions to client needs in Mexico and LATAM.

You will develop deployment playbooks, gain deep product knowledge across AI dash cameras, GPS tracking, asset and indoor positioning, and travel regularly across LATAM regions to ensure timely, within-scope implementations.

Formación

• Proven ability to build scalable systems and improve operational processes.
• Strong practical experience using AI tools while applying independent judgment and validation.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments across different countries.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence to manage expectations and communicate realistic project timelines.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout LATAM regions.

Responsabilidades

• Deployments are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal rework.
• Hardware fulfillment is accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Customers achieve value quickly with minimal follow-up support.
• Deployment processes and documentation continuously improve.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Fulfillment, and Marketing teams.
