Job summary

JumpCloud is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst for Mexico, remote-first. You will support renewals, build quotes, and manage deal governance within our CRM, partnering with Sales and Account Management to ensure accurate pricing and timely closure.

Based in Mexico, you will coordinate with Finance, Billing, and Legal across cross-functional teams, handling complex pricing and terms while maintaining a high standard of data integrity and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Deal Desk, renewals, or contract management in SaaS.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ quoting workflows.
• Strong pricing and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to manage multi-tasking across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, deal structuring, quoting, and pricing.
• Audit deals and obtain exception approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Track renewals across the Americas.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Billing, Operations, and Legal.
• Support customer retention and provide strategic insights from data.
• Assist with approvals for non-standard terms.
