Remote Deal Desk Analyst: Renewals & Quoting for SaaS

JumpCloud is seeking a seasoned Deal Desk professional to drive renewals, quoting, and deal governance from a remote-first base in Mexico. You will work with Sales and Account Management to ensure timely renewals, create quotes, and manage the closing process in our CRM.

The role requires experience in SaaS environments, Salesforce/CPQ, and strong financial modeling. You will collaborate with Billing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize pricing and approvals.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years Deal Desk, Renewals, Legal, Contract Management, Sales Operations, Finance experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent understanding and ability to drive or facilitate optimization in Salesforce.
• Excellent understanding of subscription-based pricing, professional services, support fees.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition considerations.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; program and project management skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting pricing proposals to senior executives.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ quoting and exception approval workflow systems.
• Highly skilled in being the primary orchestration point for deal construction and governance across cross-functional segments.
• Excellent comprehension of detailed pricing models and strategies.
• Sound decision-making and strategic planning skills for complex pricing situations.

Aufgaben

• Manage renewals within working hours, and assist with Deal Structuring, Quoting and Pricing, Special Terms, Auditing Deals, Exception Approvals Management, and working closely with Billing and Account Management.
• Track, Manage, and Execute renewals across the Americas
• Assist with customer retention efforts alongside the Account Management and Account Services team
• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Operations and Legal to review and prepare approval requests for non-standard deal elements and critical processes
• Anticipate Customer Revenue teams' business needs through regular participation in pipeline reviews and forecast calls
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including Account Managers and Sales Management
• Approve/Reject/Escalate proposals based on thorough analysis and business judgment
• Opportunistically support strategic insights for the Customer Revenue team by surfacing customer expansion opportunity and risk through data
