Ametek is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support across digital channels.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and documenting interactions in the CRM system. Strong English communication and remote multitasking are essential for success.

Formación

Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient with CRM systems and helpdesk software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize remotely.

Responsabilidades

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction.
Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
