Metlif is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries via digital channels and contributing to satisfaction and loyalty from Cancún, Quintana Roo and beyond.

Responsibilities include timely responses, issue resolution, and accurate CRM documentation. The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a global, remote environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Identify trends and escalate issues to relevant departments for improvements.
