Alten México is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional assistance through email, chat, and social media.

You will resolve inquiries, document interactions in the CRM, and identify trends for service improvement, all while delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
