Fls Global is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across email, chat, and social media.

Qualifications include proven customer support experience, excellent English communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with CRM/helpdesk software.
