Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations for Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will be the primary contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance through email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, documenting interactions in CRM, and elevating issues based on trends. Excellent English communication and multi-tasking in a remote setting are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
