RTX Corporation in Mexicali is seeking a Customer Service Sr. Analyst to manage sales orders from award to closeout and align inventory with order lines. You will create SAP orders, communicate with customers in English, and ensure accurate billing and documentation.

Role requires ERP experience (SAP SD), collaboration with Finance, Inventory Planning, and Shipping, plus strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in supply chain or customer service.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP SD module.

Responsabilidades

• Create/edit sales orders accurately in SAP and send acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoices, returns, and credits.
• Ensure export compliance and proper license handling.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning and Shipping to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain customer reports and track order status in ERP/CRM systems.
