SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader delivering secure customer and technical support across 60 languages. We are hiring a Customer Support Consultant to deliver exceptional service via phone, email and chat from a home office.

You will handle inquiries, build lasting relationships, and stay current with client solutions and tools, while maintaining data security and KPI targets. A fully remote, international environment awaits with competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills at C1.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking.
