Resolv Global is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives across Mexico to support growing US-based customer support operations. This fully remote role requires experienced customer service professionals with strong English communication skills, prior US BPO/call center experience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced support environments.

The position is offered as an independent contractor with compensation of $5 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.

Formación

• Previous US BPO / call center experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems.
• Professional, reliable and detail-oriented mindset.
