SupportYourApp in Mexico City is seeking a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our remote-friendly team. You will source and activate creators, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

You must be a native Spanish speaker with excellent English (C1), have strong project management skills, and be proficient with Google Sheets. We offer USD compensation, a fixed schedule, and an international, trust-based work

Formación

• Native Spanish with excellent English communication.
• Solid project management skills.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets.
• Ability to organize tasks and drive execution.
• Owns a personal laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and stable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects.
• Monitor creator performance and retrain if needed.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Identify issues and drive process improvements.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases when necessary.
• Track KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest fixes.
