We seek a Customer Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate processing of sales orders, pricing, and customer data while growing into direct client communication.

You will start with back-end operations, investigate any price or order anomalies, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• Previous customer service or operational support experience.
• Advanced English across speaking, writing, and reading.
• Strong numerical skills with percentages, costs, margins.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in data.
• Ability to recognize unusual figures and investigate them before proceeding.
• Professional written communication; confident asking questions or raising concerns when information is unclear.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and review sales orders accurately with full details.
• Validate pricing against price sheets, costs, freight, and warehousing.
• Identify discrepancies before they affect operations.
• Perform basic percentage and cost calculations.
• Investigate mismatches rather than processing blindly.
• Escalate issues and communicate for resolution.
• Maintain high accuracy with large volumes of data.
• Support customer inquiries via email as knowledge grows.
• Handle occasional inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Learn workflows to recognize when something is not right.
