Process Street is hiring for an early-career Customer Success role. You’ll build trusted relationships with diverse customers, guide onboarding and training, and support growth across departments.

The role focuses on helping customers derive real value from the product with a proactive, curious mindset. You’ll work with US-based customers remotely, aligning with Pacific Time hours and collaborating across time zones.

Formación

• Experience working with customers or clients and delivering value.
• Startup/entrepreneurial environment experience.
• Self-starter with goal-oriented mindset.
• Strategic and creative thinking to identify opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with customers, learning how each one works.
• Guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training.
• Support existing customers by answering questions and highlighting features.
• Contribute to in-product guides, webinars, and Help Center.
• Collaborate with other departments to input the customer voice into product roadmap.
• Identify expansion and referral opportunities and act on them.
• Track key metrics like churn, time to value, and NPS.
• Promote Dash alongside customer workflows and explore AI tools.
