Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting customers on web applications.
• Familiarity with modern AI APIs or agent frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end.
• Debug across the AI + SaaS stack.
• Elevate true engineering issues as needed.
• Create clear documentation and runbooks.
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy.

Conocimientos

Ability to debug web applications

Experience with modern web applications

Comfortable with AI systems

Understanding of model outputs and feedback loops

Educación
