Crimson Education is seeking an AI-augmented role to own the user feedback loop for Salesflow, triage issues, and coordinate with developers to deliver timely fixes. The person acts as the users’ advocate, monitors in-app help content, and ensures feedback is shared across teams.

Remote role across the Americas with 9:00–18:00 US Eastern hours. Responsibilities include testing releases, writing briefs, and growing the feedback process as the platform expands into new markets.

Formación

• Strong written communication in English.
• Ability to triage user feedback and relay to engineers clearly.
• Experience bridging product, QA, and support functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the feedback loop and triage issues in Slack/ tracker.
• Own in-app help with screenshots and walkthroughs.
• Advocate for users by observing training sessions and usage patterns.
• Write precise briefs for deeper issues to engineers.
• Test flows before release and maintain a verification checklist.
• Resolve login/access blockers and unlock stalled deals.
• Scale feedback processes as new markets roll out.
