Scale Up is seeking an Automation Specialist to own and optimize automation workflows across lead management, CRM, reporting, and internal operations. This fully remote, full-time role requires 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience and collaboration across teams to build reliable, scalable automations.

Your work will involve designing, maintaining, and improving production-grade automation systems, with opportunities to shape long-term automation strategy in a fast-paced SaaS startup

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end automation ecosystem, build and maintain workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
• Integrate lead management and CRM synchronization across platforms.
• Create automated reporting for daily, weekly, monthly metrics.
• Document workflows and ensure maintainability.
• Identify improvements and propose automation solutions.
