Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Community Operations Analyst to support Trailblazer Community Leaders across global programs. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and streamline logistics so leaders can focus on engaging members and building welcoming spaces where everyone can learn and connect.

The role collaborates with Operations Analysts, Community Managers, Events, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a consistent, responsive community experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B community operations, customer support or customer success.
• Operational thinker who proactively improves processes and creates thoughtful program experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize requests remotely.
• Self-starter who builds relationships, takes initiative, and acts with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming cases, resolve questions promptly, and coordinate escalations with the appropriate teams.
• Support group leaders through onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing Slack-based support.
• Help leaders navigate event tools, program processes, and logistical questions to deliver great member experiences.
• Serve as the first line of defense for questions from the Trailblazer Community.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to simplify workflows and strengthen leader experience.
• Create and maintain documentation to support community initiatives and answers.
• Identify trends, maintain records and help prepare performance reports.
