Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high‑touch service operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role with coaching responsibilities.
• Strong Sabre GDS proficiency: fare rules, complex routing, and ticketing knowledge.
• Data‑driven leadership using metrics to track performance and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coach clearly and present to leadership.
• Calm, steady under pressure; able to maintain quality during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 3 Team Leads across Client Service, Ticketing and Trip Fulfillment.
• Direct shift operations with real‑time decisions and clear priorities.
• Ensure 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy through strong management and systems.
• Deliver end‑to‑end client experiences including VIP handling and proactive updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to implement scalable systems.
