Formación

• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong collections, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collections & Payment Recovery: make 100+ outbound calls daily, pursue payments, secure commitments, and resolve timelines.
• Billing Issues & Dispute Resolution: investigate discrepancies, coordinate with teams, and keep customers informed.
• CRM & Account Management: maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM; document interactions and next steps.
• Customer Communication: conduct professional conversations, handle objections, and set clear expectations.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: track activity, identify recurring issues, and share improvements to boost recovery rates.
