Pavago is seeking an Accountant to support financial operations remotely. You will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and commission calculations, reconcile data, and prepare financial reports using QuickBooks and Salesforce.

This fully remote role requires at least 2 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams across regions. You will ensure timely payments, accurate billing, and contribute to process improvements in a fast‑growing

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping or financial operations.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or Bill.com and Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and process customer invoices and monitor AR aging.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Calculate and review sales commissions, maintain commission reports.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and support month-end close.
