With 3-5+ years in engagement or program management, you will manage roadmaps, identify risks early, and translate complex needs into actionable plans while focusing on ROI and operational improvements for mid-market clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in engagement/program management, client delivery, or tech consulting.
• Experience in agency/SaaS/technology environments preferred.
• Mid-market client experience is a plus.
• Exceptional spoken and written English for US executive stakeholders.
• Senior delivery partner mindset with strong prioritization under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and delivery across a portfolio of engagements.
• Manage client roadmaps, timelines, and milestones from planning through delivery.
• Translate client needs into actionable statements and collaborate with engineering teams.
