RS Group is seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives across strategic business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with leaders, project teams, and HR to drive readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

The role requires ACMP-aligned planning, executive communication, and the ability to translate strategy into practical adoption activities.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related.
  • Formal change training or certification required (LaMarsh, Prosci, APMG, Kotter, etc.).
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification required no later than 6 months after hire.
  • Additional certifications in project management, agile methodologies, or organizational development are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead development and execution of change management strategies aligned with ACMP Standard for Change Management.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to support transformations.
  • Develop and maintain change deliverables: stakeholder, impact, readiness assessments; communication and training plans; adoption strategies.
  • Conduct organizational change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Evaluate readiness and develop mitigation strategies for adoption risks and barriers.
  • Identify resistance and implement resistance management approaches.
  • Partner with leaders, sponsors, PMs, HR, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment across the change lifecycle.
  • Coach leaders/managers on leading and sustaining change.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to build sponsorship.
  • Develop and execute targeted communications that articulate vision, benefits, impacts, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with learning to design and deliver training for readiness and proficiency.
  • Tailor communications/training to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate change activities across projects to ensure consistent messaging and adoption.
  • Develop change impact maps, stakeholder matrices, and heat maps.
  • Embed change activities into project plans.
  • Define and track adoption metrics and KPIs.
  • Collect feedback via surveys, focus groups and interviews to assess effectiveness.
  • Recommend actions to improve adoption and maturity.
  • Promote standardized change practices and templates.
  • Support building organizational change capabilities.
  • Serve as trusted advisor on change management best practices.
