Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, engaging clients and internal teams to meet performance targets while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes client success, proactive issue resolution, KPI monitoring, and effective communication with senior leadership in a fully remote, international context.

Formación

• BPO experience essential.
• Experience supporting client success and KPI-driven delivery.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfort with fully remote, distributed teams and international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues affecting client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal groups to address performance and service-delivery concerns.
• Manage operational escalations and ensure issues are resolved.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and action plans to leadership and clients.
• Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Review performance data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Support coaching and accountability across assigned teams.
• Ensure client processes and expectations are consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve problems and keep projects moving forward.
