Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own day‑to‑day delivery of BPO projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure performance stays on track.

The role emphasizes client success, proactive communication, and issue resolution to maintain trusted client relationships while delivering results. This is a remote, contractor position reporting to the Senior Client Success Manager.

Formación

• BPO experience is essential.
• Experience supporting Client Success.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and targets.
• Ability to work remotely and manage teams.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work with clients to understand needs, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Identify and address issues affecting satisfaction or performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
