Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This hands-on role requires understanding the BPO environment, taking ownership, and confidently communicating with clients to keep people, processes, and priorities moving in the right direction.

You will support the successful day-to-day delivery of assigned BPO projects, collaborate with clients and leadership, and ensure expectations are met while performance stays on track.

Formación

• BPO experience is essential.
• Proven experience managing BPO projects, programs, or accounts.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
• Experience supporting Client Success and communicating with clients.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues that could impact client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor project and operational KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams to address performance, quality, productivity, attendance, and service delivery concerns.
