Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This hands-on role requires BPO experience, ownership, and confident client communication to keep people, processes, and priorities moving forward.

You will support the successful day-to-day delivery of assigned BPO projects, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and leadership to meet expectations and maintain performance.

Formación

• BPO experience in delivery and client-facing roles.
• Proven project management experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience supporting Client Success and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and operational targets.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues that could impact client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor project and operational KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams to address performance and service delivery concerns.
• Manage escalations and ensure issues are resolved.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, risks, and action plans to leadership and clients.
