Resolv Global in Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This hands-on role requires someone who understands the BPO environment, takes ownership, and communicates confidently with clients to keep people, processes, and priorities moving in the right direction.

You will support the successful day-to-day delivery of assigned BPO projects, working closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure expectations are met and performance remains on

Formación

• BPO experience is essential.
• Proven experience managing BPO projects and client success.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Identify and address issues impacting satisfaction or performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to address performance and service delivery.
• Report project health, risks, and action plans to leadership and clients.
• Track action items and deadlines to prevent gaps.
• Support coaching and performance improvement across teams.
