Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. This hands-on position requires BPO know-how, ownership, and confident client communications to keep people and priorities moving in the right direction.

You will support day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, work with clients and internal teams, monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and report project health to leadership, while building trust through proactive, clear updates.

Formación

• BPO experience is essential for understanding pace and demands.
• Experience managing BPO projects, programs, or accounts.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving and escalation-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues impacting satisfaction or performance.
• Monitor project and operational KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance and service delivery.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate updates, risks, and plans to leadership and clients.
• Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables to prevent gaps.
• Review data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support coaching and accountability across teams.
• Ensure client processes and expectations are followed consistently.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide visibility into project health and potential risks.
• Take ownership and drive practical solutions proactively.
