Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, working with clients, internal teams, and leadership to meet expectations and performance targets.

The role emphasizes client success, proactive problem-solving, and building trust with clients while maintaining strong communication across stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in a BPO environment and managing client-focused projects.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive delivery under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships and proactively address issues.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with internal teams to address performance and service delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and risks to leadership and clients.
